Florida Leader's Annual Statewide Opinion Survey

     Thank you for participating in our statewide opinion poll of student leaders at Florida colleges and universities. The results will be featured in the "What Florida Students Think" issue of Florida Leader to be published in September.

     Please take a few minutes to complete and submit the survey below, or you can download and print out the 2-page survey form at the right. You can then return your responses in one of the following ways:

1) Fax the 2-page survey to the editorial department at 352-373-8120
2) Mail the 2-page survey to "What Florida Students Think," Oxendine Publishing, PO Box 14081, Gainesville, FL 32604-2081
